Horrible customer service. Came inside the lobby to purchase a certified check. Three tellers on the teller line not one addressed me for nearly 5 minutes, and I was the I my person in line.
Unbelievably bad service. Not the fault of the tellers, they try their best. But this is a branch that never opens on time, that you never see the same teller's face at (probably because they all quit after a week), and that any request is responded to with a blank stare. I've been banking with PNC for a long time but really, I try to avoid this branch at all costs.

Average bank, standard hours decent service. Nothing above average or special, standard pnc branch. Friendly staff.
My mother died I needed to have access to her funds to pay her final expenses as I am the executor of her will. Branch associates, tell me I need to do XYZ. I do XYZ bring them the forms and then get told you also need ABC. I go back and get ABC bring them the forms then get told, "So just give us LMN and then we can give you access after it goes through our lawyer review process." I call the county Surrogates office, to get the additional forms required by the bank, the office says go to a different branch, those people don't know what they are talking about, you don't need that form. I call my attorney and accountant to get still MORE forms they both advise to go to another branch because, "...it sounds like you are dealing with idiots..." The branch associates and the branch manager have wasted more than 5 hours of my time just sitting in their branch. While I was sitting there I even heard another customer having a hard time with the branch associates. If you have to do anything more than dealing with the tellers at this branch RUN!!!!
