I came to Burns Hyundai for an oil change on my car. I liked that I can schedule an appointment to go in on line and it was very easy to navigate. I got there before my appointment and asked if I would be able to drop my car off early (doesn't hurt to ask) and the courteous staff were very polite, accommodating and at the end also found a recall that they could help me fix in the mean time as well. I was pleasantly surprised by the service I already received within 5 minutes into my entrance. I was helped by Dave Baldino. Dave was very professional and courteous. I mentioned that I had planned to go to Barnes and Noble up the street while they worked on my car to finish some school work, and he was kind enough to arrange a courtesy shuttle to drop me off and pick me up once my car's oil change finished. He was super helpful and very nice. The way I was treated from Dave, to my lovely shuttle drivers, to the desk clerk who wrapped up my transaction convinced me that I will have to come back to this dealership every time my car needs something...and I live a while away. I strongly recommend Burns Hyundai to anyone.

I walked into Burns not sure of the vehicle I wanted and Frank helped me decided on the perfect vehicle for me and my family. He was very nice and pleasant, he explained the difference in payments, he reminded me several times what Financial options I had on the table. I decided to lease a 2017 Hyundai; Frank walked us through the process very smoothly and when it came time for us to discuss figures with the accounting manager he was still by our side offering his assistance. Shopping at Burns all the employees was very helpful and they greeted every customer with a smile! I'm here today a new owner of a 2017 Hyundai and I love my new vehicle! Today was my first time visiting this dealership since I’ve been in the area. The only thing I needed was a oil change on my car. So when Lou was done checking me in he escorted me to the Genesis Lounge! Very cozy, comfortable area. It was plenty of snacks and a variety of beverages including champagne. My service was finished up by Mark who was very detailed in our conversations and accommodating. They have earned a new customer as long as I’m in the area.
