When I first arrived at Quality Auto Repair, I couldn't help but notice how clean the waiting room was. It was clean, organized, and welcoming. The service writer Ben was polite and understanding of my concerns. He made me feel comfortable and at ease about my vehicle's concern. They offered me a courtesy loaner vehicle for the day so I would not be inconvenienced in anyway. They finished working on my car in a few hours, I was able to run a couple errands, and received a phone call when everything was done. I was pleasantly surprised with how prompt, knowledgeable, and professional they were. I would recommend Quality Auto Repair to anyone who is looking for a new mechanic.
