Nice selection with a clean environment. My only complaint is the squeaky wheels on the carts. They just need a little wd40.
The two Ladies that help me at the check out one was in training were Awesome Thanks so much!!!! But the old Bag in the jewelry Department if you don't like your job because it's obvious you are not customer service perfectional she acted like she didn't want to show my friend a watch !!!! Easy to shop and navigate the aisles. Sections clearly marked. Easy to return with a receipt. Plus size section has limited choices. I couldn't find my shoe size in booties. Thus purchases limited to household items.
It's always a pleasure shopping at this location. Thanks Kohl's workers for always being nice and helpful.
What's the point of online pickup. There's no separate line for return and online pick up. Stayed on the line for half an hour.
