EXCELLENT place to exercise, get in shape, stay in shape and meet your fitness goals. I started working out at the Martial Arts Fitness Center with a "6 week challenge" and continued thereafter. Each day is different which keeps it interesting and challenges your body. Bryan knows his stuff & pays attention to proper form so you can be confident working out no matter what your fitness or experience level.
Mr. Preston has been working with our son for years. He is a high red belt, working on his black belt. Mr. Preston has been wonderful mentor to our son and has gone above and beyond! Our son admires and respects Mr. Preston. Martial Arts Fitness Center was recommended to us by a friend and we are so happy we tried it out! Keep up the great work~
I've been training at MAFC for nearly 2 1/2 years now and you will not find a more dedicated program to improving your health and well-being. The fitness classes are fun and informative with a wide variety of options to suit your fitness interests. Bryan is extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to your personal fitness and nutrition goals.
Martial Arts Fitness Center is an excellent facility. My sons each started karate with MAFC at the age of four (they are now seven and ten). In addition to the basic karate training, the classes include self defense techniques, balance, coordination and memorization. The owner is wonderful with kids!
Classes are challenging. Instruction is specific and clear. Everyone is welcome and I encourage everyone to try at least one class.
I have known Bryan for over 15 years. He is a great person and quality instructor. I have been training at MAFC full time for the last 7 years.
