Came here today to get a motorcycle key cut. No one locally stocks motorcycle keys, so i had to order one from the manufacturer. Manufacturer sends a blank key which has to be cut the same way as the master key. Any hardware with a key cutting machine can do it and charge for a service/key cutting fee. The older gentleman with a mustache (I'm assuming the owner) came off very rude and was borderline accusing me of running some kind of scam. Kept mentioning that the key cutting machine costs around $15K and that people are trying to scam them somehow by cutting keys. I mentioned multiple times that i would be happy to pay a key cutting service fee and he still kept talking about the cost of the key cutting machine. He did provide a name of a locksmith service which was unfortunately closed for the day.
I always have an absolutely awesome experience at this store. They are knowledgeable, helpful and really friendly!
i went to get mouse traps and there were no humane ones. i bought glue ones bc i thought they just got stuck and then you pull them off and set them free. now im out a couple bills not much but i wish theyd advertise it somehow
Good honest people, easy to deal with, tell you flat out on the phone if they have something that works for your needs and the price! I pop in this shop 2-3 times monthly for various needs. Great shop.
Unbelievably helpful staff; store is well stocked and easy to maneuver. Staff is knowledgeable in all area of hardware, home improvement and just general all around needs.
