Brian was fantastic to work with. Excellent communication, always available, and patiently and thoroughly answered my questions. The work was fantastic too; he and his team were fast, dedicated and clearly cared about doing a great job. Our job included disassembling a set at a seller's house, and reassembling at our house, and I'm very pleased with the value I got for the price of The Assembly Pros. My kids are loving their new swingset!
We got word that our swingset was set to arrive one day before my daughter's birthday party. I had been in touch with Brian from the Assembly Pros about installation so I contacted him right away. He made extra efforts to install our swingset the morning of the party, on two days notice. We couldn't have been happier! The team installed the swingset with ease (it would have easily taken 3 family members who knows how many days to do it!) and we had a fantastic party thanks to them!
