Regardless of whether these shoes fit--they have not come yet--SO pleased with this store.
I went into this store during rush hour on a Thursday, in the middle of December. I was the only one in the store--after a terrible experience at the Macy's in Center City Philadelphia where it took an hour to try on two pairs of shoes, this was so refreshing.
Lyndsay was so incredibly helpful and attentive. They didn't have my size of Caddells in the store so she got on the phone and ordered a pair straight to my door from Paramus, NJ!
It's been a while since I've experienced such excellent customer service. I will be coming back here for my next pair of Clarks, no doubt!
