The salon is awesome but the manager at this location ruins the whole experience. She wad totally screaming at her employees and then had the audacity to call my friend and ask her to leave our long time hair dresser and stay at the salon because they fired her....how can you fire your best hair stylist? Totally ridiculous. Toppers you lost my business. I suggest you reevaluate the person in your managerial positions

It's a shame Kerri is gone because that's the only reason I went.

I debated posting anything because for years I had a good experience with Toppers but it seems like the last couple years it's just gone down hill. Most recently I went with my husband for a 90 minute massage. There is a significantly higher fee for the extra 30 minutes but it's very much worth it to me to get every part of your body worked on longer. This time we were taken back 10 minutes after our appt time and they stopped 10 minutes before our appt should have been over. And it's not for lack of knowing because this was the first time I actually saw a digital clock in the room with me. So although I paid for a 90 min appt for 2 ppl, it was basically 10 mins longer than the normal hour long appt. So we paid collectively for 40 minutes of massage that we did not infact receive. That's a HUGE deficit! The appts before this my husband was massaged with what smelled like expired mildewy oil. He took 4-5 showers before that smell wore off. And my prior appt I went on Valentine's Day 2016 and it was the ONLY spa I came across that didn't offer a Valentine's special but rather INCREASED the price. They said it was because of all the special amenities that day but all I got for my extra $30 was 1/2 a glass of cheap champagne in a disposable plastic cup and cookies that looked like they came from BJs. That was it. None of which I wanted. Im just really disappointed. I've been going for years and years, it's been my go-to gift for family and all my employees because Toppers to me meant luxury but to say I'm disappointed lately is a drastic understatement. It's sad because I just can't see myself continuing to go here.

I got the best massage and facial here with a girl named Sean. She was very professional and you could tell she really cared about what she was doing.

Massage was mediocre. The Marlton location is a low end spa experience, which is ok as long as you are marketing it as such. The 60 minute massage is actually a 45 min. Disappointing.

The only problem was the front desk, they were not very knowledgeable.

oh and John the hair stylist went to Suede in the promenade. He gives the best hair cuts, go to him.
