I tried to contact the management with no success, I have received no call backs and my sessions still remain frozen. I will not renew my membership, just want to use the remaining which I paid for, they are not thiers to keep.
The service is great Customer service not so much.
Hand & Stone is a money hungry thieving deceptive company. I had the worst massage at the Marlton location then as I went to pay with a Gift card that was given to me as a gift I was told by the rude receptionist that I had to pay $11.00 because my card had expired. SO I RECEIVED A TERRIBLE MASSAGE AND WAS RIPPED OFF FOR $ 11.00. I filled out a bad survey online then received a nasty email from the Manage her name is Jessika Morrow SHE WAS THE WORST I guess she feels it's ok to talk to customers like crap has horrible manager skills and should not have this position. when I said I would leave feedback as the worst place and massage I have ever had her response was I DON'T CARE DO WHAT YOU WANT... GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS The worst. I then called the Corporate Office and asked to speak to the Owners of the Franchise there names are Steve and Fred Vaccaro needless to say after leaving 3 messages for them to call me about this terrible situation they could have cared less to have called me to listen to my concerns. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO HAND & STONE AGAIN I GUESS THE $11.00 WAS WORTH LOSING A CUSTOMER KEEP IT UP AND YOU WILL BE HEADED WHERE KMART AND SEARS ARE GOING.....GREAT JOB JESSIKA WHAT A GEM....

Massages have been fine, but the customer service is horrible. They often do not answer the phone. They have never responded to a request for appointment submitted through their website or return a voice message. We have a yearly membership that may provide a discount, but scheduling an appointment is a nightmare. We will cancel as soon as we can and go elsewhere.

Terrible customer service. Always on hold. 3rd time I called today. Its conveniently locatex to mu house, I guess they don't deserve my money. Next!

Have had great massages here but customer service here is awful! Staff is completely unprofessional. I have been hung up on multiple times trying to make appts, put on hold for over 10 mins at a time, and also have gotten a phone call while I was in route to my massage that the appt was cancelled. I will never go back to this location.
I did not know this and when I called to make an appointment I was told my account was frozen and couldn't use my sessions.
I've been a member since 2014. I have 8 sessions paid for, due to family obligations I've had to freeze my account. This last time the freeze came off and I wasn't informed. My bank account had been hacked and when H&S tried to take out he funds there were refused.
