As soon as you walk in the atmosphere is inviting and positive. As a new customer I was treated with pure kindness. Brittany, the stylist who did my color was energetic and friendly. She made sure my hair was exactly the way I wanted and made sure I left happy. I can't wait to go back to get my hair colored again and possibly even try out a new service!
Previously a platinum blonde I was in search of the best hair stylist to give my hair the the color correction it needed. Finding the perfect brunette shade is not always easy especially after being so light for so many years. Kim M is one of the best hair colorists in South Jersey I have been now going to her as a client for years. My hair has never been healthier and she officially has given me the most beautiful brunette color.I receive complements daily. Her judgment and technique are impeccable I highly recommend booking an appointment with Kim M ASAP!
After my most recent visit to Lotus Salon I felt the need to share my experience. I absolutely LOVE this salon! From the ambiance, the staff, my service, and all around vibe, this is the atmosphere you want if you are looking for a high end salon!

I have been an ongoing customer at this salon for months, spending nearly $800 for my hair processes. If I had known that Kim M was going to overlap my strands and overtoned them, leading to more cumulative damage, I would NOT have paid for these services. I had to cut inches off my hair because the back of my hair was dry, filled with split ends, and there were many areas of broken strands, making my whole head with uneven short/long lengths. From my last visit, my right side of my hair was broken off, leading to a thinned area and obviously discrepant with the thickness on the left side. Many strands are too light whilst many are golden, brassy, unevenly coloured. Pointing these things out, the issues are not resolved, but rather pay for another service to fix it. I also felt unwelcomed and as if I was a nuisance. For a high end salon, don't you have any pride in your services? If this salon does not value a customer's satisfaction or happiness with the end results of their hair, and damaging their hair, then it has lost a customer.
