Today on October 8th 2017, this awesome woman name Joanna from the Sagemore Apple Store help me with my problems on my iPhone. She was very helpful, friendly And it was the best service I ever experience at the Apple Store. She's very knowledgeable and helpful and I would recommend seeing her for any service on your phone or laptop.

I've been told time and time again to always make an appointment with apple ahead of time due to the long waits. I made mine at 1:45. I showed up on time, checked in and was told someone would be with me shortly. An HOUR later no one had even acknowledged my presence. I reached out to one of the workers who then passed me onto another worker. I was then told that since no one approached me during the entire hour I was there my appointment was cancelled. I was told I would be next when I should have been first an HOUR AGO!! The first man that helped me ran the diagnostics on my phone then left and another man came to help and did the exact same thing which shows there's absolutely no communication between coworkers. But wait it gets better. They took my phone and told me to come back in an hour. When I returned my phone wasn't ready so I waited a few minutes before checking in again. It showed that my phone was now ready for pick up and I was told someone would be with me shortly. HALF AN HOUR LATER I had to find a worker and tell them that once again I've been waiting for help and no one even paid me any mind. Not once did anyone apologize for the inconvenience. I then witnessed the worker that originally helped me watch me walk in for help, he went into the back changed his clothes then LEFT THE STORE COMPLETELY IGNORING ME. This had to have been to worst service I've ever received in my entire 20 years of life. I wouldn't even give this place one star.

I brought in my year old laptop that randomly shut off and wouldn’t turn back on. I have never experienced such horrible customer service. I was told it’d be 48 hours just to diagnose the issue and a loaner computer wasn’t an option. I explained I’m a full time student and asked to expedite the process and the “manager” told me to go to a library. He spoke very condescendingly to me the entire time and told me other people have deadlines too. Did other people just buy their laptop a year ago and have it shut off due to something that’s clearly apples fault since it wasn’t dropped or spilt or damaged in any way...also was told if I’d paid $500 a year for some business program I’d get top priority at Genius Bar and then a loaner would be an option! Absolutely ridiculous...I will not be buying Apple products anymore if this is how their customers are treated

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Noah was our technician and he went above and beyond to help us. We will do all our business at this store.

Everyone was very helpful, cordial and patient. Always a pleasant experience
