I went here to get a picture photocopied and scanned as a high quality TIFF file as so not to lose any quality to the scanning process. While the two prints I received look ok, the scanned file was a compressed PDF of my picture. The file is much worse quality than the original. I even saw the employee select the TIFF option on the computer so I don't know what happened.

Exceptional customer service... Store employees were very helpful and additional checkouts were opened when needed. Shelves were in need of being stocked with product as there were numerous out-of-stocks.
Great service and friendly staff. A gentleman helped me pick the right printer based on my needs, and a women printed my job a day earlier, since I was in a bind. I highly recommend this location, the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable.
The merchandise I was looking at was "priceless". Turned out to be cheap, though. Still, prices should be posted.
