I have been involved with this organization since 1983. It is a wonderful place; like a second family. The instruction is great, facilities are top notch, and despite prior reviews... comparably priced. I have 2 children at this club, 1 brother, 2 nieces, and many friends.

I love this place. It has helped me grow up and stay healthy. Really nice people and just an overall great place
Love this place. Definitely helped me feel safer during my first semester of university with the self-defense classes. I don't train there all too often since I'm away, but my little brother and sister train there regularly and they love it.
All four of my kids have been taught by their great instructors. A very family-friendly place!
Been here since I was a kid. Training has been a blast and I highly recommend coming here!
