If you're looking for a new "go to" place to get your jewelry, look no further. Staff is excellent, products are great quality and location is convenient. I went to Billig on a recommendation from a friend to look for an engagement ring. I found the setting I wanted and they helped me pick a quality diamond to fit the ring and my budget. I didn't know the ring size so I got it set in the standard ring size. After giving it to my fiance and trying to get it resized, they found it could not be made small enough so they set the diamond in a new ring and sized it properly. When I went to pick it up, I hit traffic and got there after they closed. They knew I was coming and waited for me to get there so I could still pick it up that day and they didn't make me feel like a bother. I can't picture one of the big chain stores waiting around after hours for a guy who bought something 2 months ago. We will definitely be going back there to pick wedding bands and for anything else jewelry related. Thank you guys for everything.

Ruck designed both my engagement and wedding band 21 years ago and the compliments continue to come no matter when I wear them. I have also purchased bracelets, necklace and diamond earrings and trust them implicitly. Each time I drop my rings in for cleaning I never worry about them. After he proposed to me later that day we stopped by and told them thank you. They asked me how was everything. I told them I love the ring. I needed to have it sized and they told me to come in on Monday. They greeted me and they also remembered my name. I words can’t express their kindness and genuine personality. The stores environment is great. It feels like we were family. The service that they provided was high quality and the jewelry is amazing!
