Jay worked personally with him to create a gorgeous ring that I absolutely love. Every time I have been in the store everyone is very polite and welcoming. I had to stop in to get the ring resized, and Jay was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when I asked several questions. Very happy to support their business.

I decided to buy myself a new chronograph watch so I stopped in at Jay Roberts. They have a great selection of brands such as Breitling, Tag Heuer, Omega, IWC, Chopard and other fine Swiss watches. Sandy and Joel were very helpful and since the salespeople are not paid by commission they were informative, not pushy. I purchased exactly the Omega I wanted and would recommend Jay Roberts to anyone looking for a fine watch, engagement ring or any other type of quality jewelry.
Just recently picked up my 3rd Breitling from Andy & Joel. If you want any watch go see these guys! Their prices cannot be beat and their knowledge of the product is exceptional.
The best service. Always there to help me. Not pushy. I don't need someone following me around so the can quickly ask "do you want to see something?". I can't stand being followedaround any department much less when I'm out shopping where I go to unwind.
