This Chick fil a does not know how to prioritize correctly. I ordered a meal through the chick fil a app on my phone (10 minutes before I arrived) and when I got to the restaurant my order was not even MADE yet. I saw them fulfilling orders for other people that were ordering just then and there but they didn't even have my order ready when I ordered 10 minutes in advanced. Horrible customer service. I had to ask them multiple times to get me my order because I was on break, again, the whole purpose of me ordering in advanced was so I didn't have to wait for my food because I didn't have that kind of time. Never coming back here again.

Very friendly atmosphere, good food, and although there is always a long line, they process customers promptly. I'm not sure how they do it. Buy the calendar - comes with a card for monthly freebees, well worth it.
I'm a pretty big fan of Chick-fil-A and only eat fast food once every 2-3 months due to the effects it has on you! Great service, ok food, easy option for kids.
