Dr. Aftab is amazing. My wife had to undergo a tonsillectomy and Dr. Aftab made her feel comfortable before during and after the procedure. She even assisted with follow-up care when she did not have to. Even the on-call doctor was amazingly helpful when we need additional help after hours (Dr. Ty). Great practice.
Dr Aftab is very caring and understanding to your needs. I had to have 2 surgeries from her on my nose. Because of my health and previous surgeries I don't not heal as well as others and I have a lot of scar tissue in my nose. She takes the time to listen and answer all your concerns and questions. I feel confidant that this will be my last surgery and that my breathing will improve greatly. I highly recommend Dr. Aftab.
Dr. Aftab has excellent bedside manner. She takes the time to fully explain medical issues, and answer any and all questions. She listens to to her patients and seems to take concerns seriously, without being condescending or dismissive. While she does appear to be young, she is incredibly knowledgeable and competent. I trust Dr. Aftab's opinion wholeheartedly. I am grateful to have found such a great ENT.
Don't deal with this doctor please don't if you know what's good for you. I went to her for rhino/septoplasty. Due to broken nose that never healed from an injury from 8 years prior. She assured me more then once she would fix mY divated septum and strighten my nose. I even asked again on the morning of surgery AND SHE SAID YES. What did she do you ask??? She didn't straighten my nose and my nose still is stuff on one side. When I brought this to her attention this bit..ch told me I can recommend you to someone else who can do what you asked. I was pissed and the whole surgery cost over 11k. She only has about 9 years experience but chargers full price. Don't make my mistake, Go to the person who's been doing it for 20 years please for the best work. She sucks, I won't be paying my bill at all, send it to collections. Well I was forced to pay 600 upfront but that's all there getting from me. Nothing more, also follow up appointments don't schedule them in the afternoon, she rushes you out the office. I mean my appointments be no longer then 15 min as she makes sure. YOU BEEN WARNED
