I have to say I'm surprised at the response. I took my 9 year old here and had a great service. Some patients need more Tom then others and can lead to longer waits. In my two experience I was seen within half hr to 40 mins. I saw a young female dr. Forget her name. She was quick and to the point. My son didn't need surgery or further assistance so I can't speak about that. Sorry to hear you guys had a bad experience. I've been to several for myself and had a bad experience but never wrote a review. I think now I should. To help other people. It does kinda discourage going back here but hopefully won't have too

My assessment is they are a below sub average group of orthopedics designed as a franchise unit with each single orthopedic in the group at their individual offices in order to maximize their revenue while offering very little relief and long term health options for their patients. They are a joke; worst part is they are partnering with Virtua to make it widespread.
Most horrible experience ,Waited over 1hr. Appt. Was at 11 and was not seen after 12:30. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Horrible customer service. All you heard was "anyone want to order lunch". No updates that yhe physician was behind schedule. No information about anything until i asked if the wait time was always this long. People came in after my daughter checked in and we were still waiting. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!
outside of a consultation, you see only physician's assitants, not the doctor. My stress fracture was diagnosed by MRI after Dr Gray "was stumped" by my symptoms. The staff answers the phone after 100 rings, and if you need anything from the doctor's secretary, be prepared for a fight to get a return call. A very bad experience all around, I would never recommend this office.
